About
Accord Lighting takes the world’s oldest building material – wood – and transforms it into modern artworks that also happen to provide great illumination. Its designs emulate the natural setting from which its signature material originates, with fixtures that float overhead like a forest canopy or dazzle like sunlight streaming through branches and leaves. Accord Lighting products complement many décor motifs and can adapt to various sizes and types of rooms and spaces. The designs combine different hues of wood, fashioned into myriad shapes, with various colors of lights, shades and diffusers. The company, established in 1997, grew from the founding family’s furniture-making tradition, expanded throughout its native Brazil in the following decade and a half, and entered the international market in 2014.
